About M3 Global Consulting

M3 Global Consulting LLC was started by a dynamic group of Veterans that worked decades honing leadership skills, operational insight, a keen strategic awareness.  We have a diverse experience set spanning the fields of Health Care, Aviation, and the Non-Profit sector, we can help you “think outside” the box to find the optimum solution.

Our leaders have worked strategically to integrate component training for the $171B Air Force F-35A program as well as identify and devise improvements to the Air Force’s Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) production program.  We also served as the catalyst for the development of the Air Education and Training Command’s first standardized Flight Commander Training Course for front line leadership (managers).  After decades of working on big strategic projects, solving operational challenges  and tactical issues, we decided to continue doing what we loved but not just for the Air Force.

We have also started charities, worked for numerous nonprofit entities and served as board of directors.  We have taken a non-profit entity from deep in the red back into the black along with a viable plan for growth.

David Rodriguez

David Rodriguez

President
David is a highly decorated veteran who served as a Senior Officer in the US Air Force for over 20 years in all three components.  He retired at the rank of Colonel, finishing his service as the Vice Commander of 19th Air Force in Joint Base San Antonio.  He was a command pilot with over 4,000 flight hours in various aircraft and held numerous leadership positions at the tactical, operational and strategic level.  He has also served as the President and Chairman of the Board for an international non-profit 501(c)(3) entity directing a much need turn around.  Possessing a consummate entrepreneurial mindset, David was also the co-owner of a retail store in Northern Virginia.

While serving in the military, David was always tasked to either jump-start a project, manage the re-alignment of a unit or even help start a unit from scratch.  He served as part of the initial cadre integrating Night Vision Devices into flying operations into his C-130 squadron for the first time.  He also orchestrated the flow of tactical airlift into and out of theater during Operation Provide Comfort in Somalia.  While working with the Joint Special Operations Task Force-Somalia, David was pivotal in the development of the Non-Combatant Evacuation Order (NEO) plan leading a cross functional, interagency team.  He also spearheaded the re-alignment of two flying squadrons to different commands and led the start up and integration of a reserve unit at the US Air Force Academy conducting leadership development through various cadet airmanship programs.  Both in and out of the military, David has a proven track record of turning challenges into opportunities and excels when the operating environment is complex and rapidly changing.

David’s educational background is extensive including a BS in economics from the United States Air Force Academy, an MA degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a (MSS) Master of Strategic Studies from the prestigious US Army War College.  He has also received training in the 4 Lenses Assessment training and various Covey Leadership training programs.

Samuel S. Medellin is a highly decorated 14 year, US Air Force veteran. He departed the US Air Force as the Associate Director of the Education Training Department, Randolph Air Force Base Hospital- Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. Sam provides expertise in program management, project management, change management and process improvement. He has served in multiple environments all over the globe in different military and civilian medical operations, including planning and training personnel for large-scale medical deployments, strategy development, performance tracking and data analysis. He is adept in strategy development, performance tracking vision, leadership development and data analysis. Sam has a proven track record of attention to detail to include defining program descriptions, champion customer service and quality assurance.

He is a very accomplished executive with outstanding policy and regulation management skills. A strong and focused leader as well as a decision maker, who understands the importance of compassion as well as patience. A problem-solver with excellent time-management and organizational skills. Sam is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a Cum Laude graduate of The University of the Incarnate Word. He holds an undergraduate degree Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems. Additionally, Sam holds an MBA in Data Analytics and Human Resource Management; both from The University of the Incarnate Word.

Erica Cheng

Director of Information and Digital Services
Erica is the youngest member of M3 Global Consulting. Despite this, Erica brings a fresh look on the company’s online presence. Erica has a decade of experience in the field of graphic design and in her free time, will volunteer video editing and photography services to non-profit conferences. In addition, Erica has international experience and networks across Asia, namely in Taiwan and Hong Kong. This international experience developed her interest in the East Asian region, leading her to study International Studies at Southwestern University. Through her own background and extensive time abroad, Erica has also developed (and is still developing!) language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Boston University in International Affairs, focusing in International Communication.

Harley Gadomski is a driven and hard-working professional with nearly a decade of experience and a proven knowledge of marketing brand management, campaign management, and competitive analysis.
He is adept in digital marketing strategy, marketing analytics, and ad campaigns. He has a proven track record of providing clients and individuals with processes and ideas to help strengthen their marketing.
Harley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Economics. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Marketing
from The University of the Incarnate Word. He has helped small business owners, universities and non-
profit organizations with implementing branding and marketing initiatives to keep new business and clientele coming through their doors.
